RS 23:1173 - Rules and regulations A. The secretary shall have the authority to promulgate rules and regulations to implement the provisions of R.S. 23:1170 and 1171. B. All such rules and regulations, including all fees otherwise authorized by this Part shall be subject to legislative oversight pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act.
