RS 23:1177 - Collection of information; target list A. The office of worker's compensation shall have access to any statistical information involving the experience modifier rates for all Louisiana employers from any source. B. The office shall collect information on experience modifier rates for Louisiana employers and compile a target list of employers with experience modifier rates of one point five or greater by January 1, 1992. Thereafter, the target list shall be updated on no less than an annual basis. C. Any information gathered pursuant to the provisions of this Section shall be held confidential by the office and shall not be disseminated for any purpose. Acts 1991, No. 1026, §1.
