RS 23:1191 - Definitions For the purposes of this Subpart, the following terms have the following meaning: (1) 'Department' means the Louisiana Department of Insurance. (2) 'Public entities' means political subdivisions as defined in Section 44 of Article VI of the Constitution of Louisiana.
