RS 23:1223 - Deductions from benefits A. Except as provided in R.S. 23:1221(4)(s), when compensation has been paid under R.S. 23:1221(1), (2), or (3), the number of weeks of compensation paid shall be deducted from the number of weeks of compensation allowed under R.S. 23:1221(4) or Subpart C of this Part. B. Except as provided in R.S. 23:1221(4)(s), when compensation has been paid under R.S. 23:1221(1), (2), or (4), the number of weeks of compensation paid shall be deducted from the number of weeks of compensation allowed under R.S. 23:1221(3) or Subpart C of this Part.
