RS 23:1375 - Personnel A. The board shall appoint, fix the compensation and prescribe the duties of an executive director, who shall be in the unclassified service. The executive director shall devote full time to his duties and may not accept or engage in additional employment of any kind. B. The executive director shall employ and supervise all such personnel, who shall be in the classified service, necessary for the operation of the business of the board.
