RS 23:1376 - Rule making power; reports A. The board may conduct such investigations, hold such hearings and adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary and proper to carry out its functions. B. The board may collect information and compile statistics relevant and pertinent to the administration of the second injury fund. In order to accomplish this purpose, it may require employers and insurers to file reports with it containing such information and details as the board prescribes with respect to occupational accidents and workers' compensation claims.
