RS 23:151 - Application of provisions The provisions of this Part shall not apply to minors employed in agriculture, domestic services in private homes, nor shall they be construed as conflicting with any laws requiring minors to attend school. Relief from the disabilities which attach to minority shall in no way defeat the protections extended by this Chapter to persons under the age of eighteen.
