RS 23:1513.1 - Reed Act account There is hereby created in the employment security administration fund an account which shall be known as the Reed Act account. All monies available to the state under the authority of Section 903 of the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1103, as amended, and R.S. 23:1493 shall be deposited into the Reed Act account and shall be expended in accordance with Section 903 of the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1103, as amended, and R.S. 23:1493.
