RS 23:1547 - Proceedings for collection of contributions; burden of proof In all proceedings brought by the administrator for the collection of contributions, the burden of proof upon all questions of fact shall be upon the defendant, but only as to those facts which the administrator, his representative or attorney shall swear are true to the best of his knowledge or belief.
