RS 23:1740 - Alternative remedies for collection of benefit overpayments In addition to any of the remedies provided in this Chapter, the administrator may proceed to enforce the collection of any overpayments or other payments due under this Chapter by means of assessment and executory procedure as set forth in this Subpart.
