RS 23:2067 - Integration of job training programs Annually the council shall prepare and submit to the governor and the legislature a report that describes how additional job training programs not under the jurisdiction of a standing committee created pursuant to Part III of this Chapter can be consolidated into a more integrated and accountable workforce development system that better meets the needs of employers, employees, and job seekers.
