RS 23:2153 - Data; standardization A. The council shall develop a plan that, whenever possible, requires the use of common definitions, common outcome measures, common eligibility standards, and common funding cycles for education, job training, and placement programs. B. The council shall direct the affected state agencies to standardize program definitions, training program codes, and any other information collected on education, training, and placement program performance in a manner consistent with the capabilities and needs of the program evaluation system.
