RS 23:232 - Parents or tutors inducing violations by minors; penalty Every parent or tutor, or other person having control of any minor under sixteen years of age who permits or induces the minor to violate the provisions of R.S. 23:168 or of R.S. 23:216 shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars.
