RS 23:233 - Presence of minor at place of employment; presumption of employment The presence of any minor under sixteen years of age in any place of employment prohibited to him under the provisions of this Chapter, and observed to be performing work duties on the employer's behalf, shall constitute prima facie evidence of his employment therein.
