RS 23:483 - Equipment for decompression Ample equipment for the decompression of men who work in compressed air chambers shall be maintained at the immediate scene of operation. The employer, his representative, and the supervisor or foreman of work, alike, shall see that these provisions are complied with. The decompression apparatus shall be in good condition and properly equipped with pressure gauges. At all such operations at least one competent person representing the employer shall be on hand at all times.
