RS 23:542 - Fidelity bonds of employees The assistant secretary may in his discretion require any employee to furnish a bond conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties and upon a true account of moneys handled by him. The cost of these bonds shall be paid by the assistant secretary as a necessary administrative expense. Amended by Acts 1983, 1st Ex. Sess., No. 8, §1.
