RS 23:653 - Application The provisions of R.S. 23:651, R.S. 23:652, and R.S. 23:653 shall apply to designation forms executed before, on, or after the effective date, and does not invalidate any designation form executed prior to the effective date. Added by Acts 1976, No. 494, §1.
