RS 23:663 - Definitions As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have the definitions ascribed in this Section unless the context indicates otherwise: (1) 'Commission' means the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights. (2) 'Employee' means any female individual who is employed to work forty or more hours a week and who is employed by the employer. (3) 'Employer' means any department, office, division, agency, commission, board, committee or other organizational unit of the state. Acts 2013, No. 374, §1.
