RS 24:256 - Printing and publication of revised statutes; proof of certified edition The secretary of state is authorized to enter into contracts with private publishers for the printing, publication, sale and distribution of any edition or supplement of the Louisiana Revised Statutes prepared by the Institute and certified by it pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter. Those editions so authorized by the Secretary of State and containing the printed facsimile of the Institute's certificate of correctness shall be admissible as prima facie evidence of the laws contained therein.
