RS 24:52 - Persons to whom applicable; exceptions Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the provisions of this Part shall apply only to persons who are lobbyists as defined in R.S. 24:51. The provisions of this Part shall not apply to an elected official or any designee of an elected official when such designee is a public employee and when such elected official or public employee is acting in the performance of his or her official public duties.
