RS 24:656 - Staff assistance A. The committee shall have the authority to employ professional, clerical, and other personnel, and incur such expenses as are necessary for carrying out its duties and responsibilities. B. The legislative fiscal office and the legislative auditor shall assist the committee in the performance of its duties and functions. C.
