RS 24:67 - Recording Each designation of an emergency interim successor on the panel provided for in R.S. 24:64 shall become effective when the legislator or the governor making the designation files with the secretary of state the successor's name and address. The removal of an emergency interim successor from said panel shall become effective when the legislator or the governor so acting files this information with the secretary of state.
