RS 24:940 - Exceptions No provision of this Chapter shall supersede any provision of Chapter 1-A of Title 15 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 establishing the Louisiana Sentencing Commission, Chapter 8 of Title 15 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 establishing the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Criminal Justice, or Chapter 18 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 establishing the Peace Officer Standards and Training Law.
