RS 25:12 - Travelling expenses of members; how paid The necessary and actual travelling expenses incurred by the executive secretary or any members of the staff, acting under the authority and direction of the executive secretary, while on business for the State Library of Louisiana, and all actual and necessary travelling expenses of the several members of the board of commissioners of the State Library of Louisiana, shall be paid by the state from the funds appropriated and made available for the use, maintenance, and operation of the State Library of Louisiana.
