RS 25:121 - Policy Freedom of access to public documents is a basic right of citizenship. Therefore, it is the policy of the state of Louisiana that state public documents shall be made available to the public. In order to obtain maximum efficient distribution and maximum availability of these documents, a depository system is hereby established. Amended by Acts 1981, No. 906, §1.
