RS 25:1210 - Annual budget; approval The board shall annually submit to the governing authority a budget for its proposed operation during the ensuing fiscal year, which the governing authority may approve, reject, or revise. Once approved by the governing authority, the board shall proceed to act thereunder. Acts 1991, No. 120, §1, eff. June 30, 1991.
