RS 25:16 - Rendition of library services to blind persons The State Library of Louisiana may, with the approval of the federal government, enter into contractual agreements with surrounding states for library services to blind persons. Such agreements shall provide for the payment to the State Library of Louisiana of their proportionate share of the total cost of the service by the states receiving the service under the agreement. The State Library of Louisiana shall receive and retain all funds received, to be used to help defray the cost of the service in the foreign state.
