RS 25:273 - Orleans Parish Law Library; revenues The revenues to defray the expenses of the Orleans Parish Law Library shall be provided by the clerk of the Civil District Court of Orleans Parish by adding to the initial cost of docketing all civil suits, including the docketing of succession and tutorship proceedings, but excluding all suits now docketed on the clerk's records, the maximum sum of two dollars, which sum shall be remitted by the clerk of court, on the first day of each month, to the Judicial Expense Fund for the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
