RS 25:380.13 - Operating funds; appropriations by the legislature Any funds appropriated by the legislature to the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, office of the state museum, for operation of the Edward Douglass White Historic Site shall be used solely for that purpose and to meet accreditation standards. No administrative costs of any kind shall be charged by the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism for any services associated with placement of the Edward Douglass White Historic Site within the jurisdiction of that office.
