RS 25:453 - Boards to cooperate with libraries The State Library of Louisiana shall establish and set up the Union Catalog of Louisiana Items. It shall cooperate with parish libraries and other public libraries, with all other libraries which may be willing to participate, and with the Louisiana Library Association and its Union Catalog of Louisiana Items Committee, in this project.
