RS 25:5 - Executive secretary as chief librarian and director of library development; secretary of board of commissioners The executive secretary shall be the chief librarian and chief executive officer of the State Library of Louisiana as well as the director of library development and service throughout the state; he shall also be the secretary of the board of commissioners.
