RS 25:604 - Directors or managers; rules and regulations The commission is authorized to select one or more persons to serve as directors or managers or in other capacities which are necessary or appropriate to carry out the objectives of the center and to fix reasonable salaries for such positions to be paid out of any funds available to the commission. The commission is authorized to make and amend and enforce reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this Chapter. Acts 1966, No. 120, §4.
