RS 25:781 - Declaration of policy The legislature hereby declares that it is the public policy of this state to provide for the historic preservation of the buildings and grounds within the State Capitol Historic District in order that these buildings and grounds may be preserved for the education, inspiration, pleasure, and enrichment of the citizens of this state.
