RS 25:808 - Transfer of employees All employees heretofore engaged in the performance of duties, in any agency, in the exercise of functions transferred by this Chapter to the state department of art, historical and cultural preservation to the full extent necessary to carry out the purposes of this Chapter and shall, in so far as practicable, continue to perform the duties heretofore performed, subject to the state civil service law.
