RS 25:825 - Department to establish fair and equitable procedures for support and assistance The Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, through the division, shall establish procedures for providing fair and equitable support and assistance to all areas of folk culture having substantive cultural relevance to Louisiana or the United States, pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 49 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and Section 502 of Amendment 5496 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
