RS 25:841 - Establishment and location The Louisiana Civil Rights Museum is hereby established as the official state civil rights museum. The museum shall be domiciled in New Orleans, Louisiana, and shall be operated, managed, and funded by the office of the state museum of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in accordance with this Chapter.
