RS 25:842 - Operating funds; annual report The office of the state museum shall provide sufficient funds for the proper operation and management of the museum facilities, according to the accepted standards of museum operations, including a competent administrative and professional staff; however, no state funds shall be utilized unless specifically appropriated for this purpose in accordance with the budget plan developed with the advice of the Louisiana Civil Rights Museum Advisory Board. The office of the state museum shall present an annual report of the museum operations and management to the Louisiana Civil Rights Museum Advisory Board.
