RS 25:855 - Donations, grants, and loans The adjutant general may accept lands, buildings, money, relics, weapons, or other property on behalf of or as additions to the museum either in the form of loans, or grants, or donations inter vivos or mortis causa, or may acquire land by purchase, lease, or otherwise. The adjutant general may enter into contracts with any person he deems necessary and proper in order to accept or receive such lands, buildings, money, relics, weapons, or other property on behalf of and as additions to the museum, whether in the form of loans, grants, donations, purchase, lease, or otherwise.
