RS 25:896 - Department to establish fair and equitable distribution of funding The Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, through the division, shall establish rules and regulations for a fair and equitable distribution of funding or technical assistance to all areas of the arts having substantive artistic or cultural relevance to Louisiana or the United States, pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 49 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
