RS 25:934 - Louisiana Historic Cemetery Preservation Program A. The Louisiana Historic Cemetery Preservation Program is hereby established within the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism. The program shall be established and maintained in the office of cultural development, division of archaeology. All budgeting, purchasing, and management functions shall be administered by the department. B. The department may employ and remove personnel as may be necessary for the efficient administration of the program in accordance with applicable civil service law, rules, and regulations, and department policies.
