RS 26:144 - False invoice or bill of sale prohibited No person shall use, exhibit, or present to the commissioner, or his agents or employees, any invoice or bill of sale that bears an untrue date or falsely states the nature or quantity of the goods therein listed. Acts 1987, No. 696, §1.
