RS 26:146 - Regulation of traffic in wines In order to regulate the traffic in sparkling and still wines, the commissioner shall make and publish reasonable rules and regulations governing the manufacture, labeling, stocking, pricing, and advertising of all such wines. The rules so made shall conform to the substantive provisions of the labeling and advertising regulations issued under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act of the United States. No person shall have in his possession or sell, offer for sale, or distribute any sparkling or still wine not labeled in conformity with the regulations issued by the commissioner and no person shall publish or disseminate any advertisement for sparkling or still wine that does not conform to the regulations issued by the commissioner.
