RS 26:289 - Proper petitioners in action to suspend or revoke permit The commissioner, secretary of the Department of Revenue, municipal authorities, parish governing authorities, sheriffs, law enforcing authorities, citizens, and any trade organization consisting of brewers and distributors of beverages of low alcoholic content through its authorized representative have the right to have a permittee cited by the commissioner to show cause why his permit should not be suspended or revoked.
