RS 26:294 - Enforcement of permit requirements Municipal authorities and parish governing authorities, within their respective jurisdictions, shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter with respect to the qualifications of applicants for local permits. The commissioner shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter with respect to the qualifications of applicants for state permits. The commissioner, municipal officers, and sheriffs shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter with respect to the operation of retail permittees. Acts 1987, No. 696, §1.
