RS 26:521 - General penalty Except where a different criminal penalty is specifically provided in this Chapter, whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both.
