RS 26:92 - Proper petitioners in action by commissioner to suspend or revoke permit The commissioner, the secretary of the Department of Revenue, municipal authorities, governing authorities of parishes, sheriffs, law enforcing authorities, citizens, and any trade organization consisting of manufacturers and distributors of alcoholic beverages through its authorized representative have the right to have a permittee cited by the commissioner to show cause why his permit or permits should not be suspended or revoked.
