RS 27:257 - Duty of corporation to initiate proceedings The corporation, through the president, shall initiate appropriate proceedings or actions to enforce the provisions of this Chapter and may request or recommend that a district attorney or the attorney general prosecute any public offense committed in violation of any provisions of this Chapter.
