RS 27:281 - Effect of appointment of receiver Upon the appointment of a receiver and posting of bond, the authority of the debtor/contractor shall be conditioned, subject to full reinstatement by the corporation according to rules and regulations to be promulgated by the corporation. If the debtor/contractor is operating pursuant to a contract with the corporation, the receiver shall be considered to have all of the rights and obligations of the contract formerly held by the debtor/contractor.
