RS 27:30.2 - Unlawful use of an expired permit Any person who manufactures, supplies, or distributes any gaming device, equipment, material, or machine used in gaming, after his permit has expired, may upon conviction be imprisoned for not more than six months or fined not more than five hundred dollars, or both, and, in addition to the penalties provided by law, is liable to the state of Louisiana for all permit fees and penalties which would have been due upon application for renewal.
