RS 27:429 - Regulation of video draw poker devices; Louisiana Gaming Control Board; gaming division A. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board shall perform the duties and functions as authorized by the provisions of this Chapter and the regulatory authority with respect to the regulation of video draw poker devices as provided by R.S. 27:15. B. The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of state police, gaming division, shall perform the duties and functions as authorized by the provisions of this Chapter and the provisions of R.S. 27:20.
